Jenny Koos

Vulverine

Teacher, speaker and philosopher in the fertility awareness field, Jenny Koos – aka Vulverine – has spent over 15 years educating the public on menstrual cycle health, fertility enhancement and natural contraception, while helping thousands of women reach goals their doctors claimed were impossible without medical or surgical aid. A faculty member at Justisse College International, she trains Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioners all over the world. Her first book in Swedish, “Fertilitetsförståelse” (a deep dive into the functions of the menstrual cycle and fertility awareness-based methods/FABMs) was released in 2022. She’ll be sharing with us new perspectives on female health and speak on mainstream healthcare’s opposition towards the use of FABMs.

Jenny Koos at Swedish Fascia Convention 2025

Jenny Koos is part of the international faculty for Swedish Fascia Convention 2025 in Uppsala. The convention brings together researchers, clinicians, movement teachers and educators across the fascia field for three days of plenary talks, panels and applied workshops focused on the living body and human fascia as a continuous communicating tissue.

The full programme runs from 13 to 15 June 2025 at Uppsala Konsert & Kongress and is built around four threads: foundational fascia science, clinical practice, movement and embodied learning, and the integration of fascia into healthcare and education. Each speaker is selected for original work that connects directly to one of these threads.
